Jonathon Bailey who plays Anthony Bridgerton in Netflix’s hit TV show, Bridgerton, is turning wicked!

After weeks of rumors, we just learned that he will play Fiyero in the upcoming Wicked movie!

Director Jon M. Chu tweeted out saying, “He’s perfect, they’re perfect. They’d be perfect together. Born to be forever….. I am too excited to pretend this hasn’t been happening. We have a Fiyero!!!! #JonathanBailey #Wicked“

Ariana Grande will be playing Glinda and Cynthia Erivo will be playing Elphaba.

Bailey is best know for his work on Bridgerton, where he plays the brooding Viscount Anthony Bridgerton.
