Join me in celebrating this wonderful news. Bridgerton has finally officially confirmed that actress Yerin Ha will play the role of Sophie Baek in the upcoming Season 4 of Bridgerton.
Yerin will join Luke Thompson, who plays Benedict Bridgerton, as this season’s romantic lead.
Sophie Beckett, as she is portrayed in the books, is a young woman who is forced to work as a maid for her cruel stepmother. Her life changes when she manages to sneak into Lady Violet Bridgerton’s masquerade ball and meets the son of the house, Benedict. Benedict falls immediately in love, but Sophie is forced to return to her life as a maid and Benedict has to search for The Lady in Silver who captured his heart.

Netflix had earlier confirmed that Benedict Bridgerton would be the upcoming season’s romantic lead in a teaser where they officially welcome Mr. Benedict Bridgerton to the Marriage Mart
Yerin Ha
Yerin is a South Korean actor who hails from Australia. She previously played Kwan Ha in Paramount +’s series Halo. She is also set to appear in HBO’s prequel series Dune: Prophecy, where she will be joined by Bridgerton Alum Charithra Chandran, who played Edwina Sharma in season two of Bridgerton.
Bridgerton Season 4
Bridgerton Season 4 has started rehearsals but is not expected to be released until at least 2026. The first three seasons and its prequel mini-series, Queen Charlotte, are available for streaming on Netflix.
