There is a Bridgerton spinoff coming our way!
Netflix is creating a spinoff of the hit Netflix series Bridgerton. Created by Shonda Rhimes, it is one of the most successful shows Netflix has produced. A limited spinoff series chronicling the life of a young Queen Charlotte, called Jewels, will be released soon.

GOLDA ROSHEUVEL

Golda Rosheuvel is reprising her role as Queen Charlotte in the series.
Golda Rosheuvel is a well-revered British actress best known for her stage work and, more recently, her role as Queen Charlotte in the hit Netflix series Bridgerton. Created by Shonda Rhimes, it is one of the most successful shows Netflix has produced.
INDIA AMARTEIFIO

India is playing Young Queen Charlotte.
Betrothed to the mysterious King of England against her will, Charlotte arrives in London only to realize she is not exactly what the royals were expecting. But, as she learns to navigate the palace, the ‘ton, and her unpredictable husband, she grows into one of Europe’s most unforgettable monarchs.
India is a young actress with a wealth of credits already under her belt. She began her career on stage in London’s West End before progressing to appearances in DOCTOR WHO and THE INTERCEPTOR and going on to star in THE LINE OF DUTY opposite Thandie Newton.
COREY MYLCHREEST

Corey Mylchreest is playing Young King George.
Handsome, charismatic, and a bit of a mystery, George has always bowed to the restraints placed on him as the Crown. Until now. Sharing his space and bed with his new wife forces George to face his hidden demons head-on.
Previous credits include Sandman (Netflix), Midsummer Night’s Dream with New Forest Open Theatre, Romeo and Juliet with New Forest Open Air Theatre, and the short film Mars.
ADJOA ANDOH

Adjoa Andoh is reprising her role as Lady Danbury.
One of Britain’s leading actors, Adjoa Andoh, won global acclaim as Lady Danbury in the Netflix smash Bridgerton. This role saw her nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress at the 2021 NAACP Image Awards.
On the small screen in 2020, she was spellbinding as Dr. Isaacs in the psychological thriller Fractured and playing tough cop DI Nina Rosen in BBC1’s Silent Witness. Then, at the end of 2021, she saw her star as Nenneke in the Netflix blockbuster fantasy drama, The Witcher. Her other television appearances include Dr. Who, Casualty, EastEnders, and Law & Order UK regulars.
RUTH GEMMELL

Ruth Gemmell is reprising her role as Lady Violet Bridgerton.
Ruth has appeared in a wide array of television shows with credits including Stephen Polikaoff’s DANCING ON THE EDGE (BBC), PENNY DREADFUL (Sky Atlantic / Showtime), HOME FIRES (ITV), UTOPIA (Channel 4/Netflix), DOC MARTIN (ITV), BAFTA-winning THE FADES (BBC) and DEEP STATE for Fox/Epix. Ruth can currently be seen as Lady Violet Bridgerton in Shondaland’s BRIDGERTON on Netflix.
ARSEMA THOMAS

Arsema Thomas plays Young Agatha Danbury: Under the thumb of a much older husband, Agatha uses Charlotte’s arrival to find her own way into society. With keen knowledge of the once divided social scene and the intricacies of marriage, Agatha becomes a guiding light for the new Queen, all while finding her own voice and power we’ll soon recognize as Bridgerton’s iconic Lady Danbury.
Breakout talent Arsema Thomas comes fresh out of her final year at LAMDA into this exciting leading role. With a background in academia (she is a graduate of both Yale and Carnegie Mellon) and a childhood spent in sub-Saharan Africa, Thomas is of Nigerian & Ethiopian descent. She is based in South Africa.
RICHARD CUNNINGHAM

Richard Cunningham is playing Lord Bute.
Having played several supporting roles on British television including an appearance in the BBC’s ‘Sherlock’ with Benedict Cumberbatch, Richard’s breakthrough role on television was as Ryall opposite Chiwetel Ejiofor in the Golden Globe-winning ‘Dancing On The Edge’ directed by acclaimed British director and writer, Stephen Poliakoff.
MICHELLE FAIRLEY

Michelle Fairley plays Princess Augusta.
Determined to maintain her family’s power, the Dowager Princess does what it takes to secure her son’s place as monarch amidst a changing, modernizing Britain.
Michelle Fairley was most recently seen playing the lead roles of Marion Wallace in Gangs of London for HBO/Sky Atlantic and Kerry Stephens in the BAFTA nominated Responsible Child for the BBC as well as starring in the BAFTA nominated short film, The Trap, directed by Lena Headey. In addition, she was cast in HBO’s Game of Thrones as Catelyn Stark, a role for which she won an IFTA.
ROB MALONEY

Rob Maloney will be playing The Royal Doctor.
Rob’s TV credits include Casualty (BBC), Coronation Street (ITV) Emmerdale (ITV) and EastEnders (BBC). Theatre includes Othello, The Nutcracker, Titus Andronicus, A Clockwork Orange and All Creatures Great and Small.
CYRIL NRI

Cyril Nri will be playing Lord Danbury, married to Agatha Danbury.
Cyril Nri won The 2015 Attitude Magazine “Actor of the Year Award” and was nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Award in the 2016 BAFTA’s for his role as Lance in Russell T Davies’s Cucumber on Channel 4.
HUGH SACHS

Hugh Sachs can currently be seen as series regular ‘Brimsley’ in seasons one and two of Netflix’s BRIDGERTON and he will be reprising that role. Other recent appearances include, ‘ENDEAVOUR’, the HBO/BBC series ‘FAMILY TREE’’ for Christopher Guest and ‘THE INTERCEPTOR’.

Sam Clemmett is playing a Young Brimsley.
