Reddit is where a lot of people go to get movie recommendations. Recently someone posted in a Netflix subreddit, “{Request} Best Netflix movie that you have NOT seen recommended on this subreddit.”

They continued, “This sub is great but I often see the same movies being floated around. Give us some films y’all love but do not see many people talking about!”

The answers were so niche I only have heard of one and never watched any of them but I certainly have more movies to check out on my next night in!

How many have you seen?

One person wrote, “I only see this recommended once, 7 years ago, so I’ll say The Other One: The Long Strange Trip of Bob Weir. If you’re a musician, even if you’re not a fan of the Dead, you’ll find parts of this really interesting. I found how he crafted rhythm parts that filled in spaces in the music enthralling.”

One person answered, “Spectral. I never see it mentioned here, but I thought it was so good.”

Others added, “Loved it! One of the better sci-fi movies Netflix has made,” and “Low key LOVE this movie so much.”
