Sometimes we all have a hankering to watch a new show – the meaty type that you don’t want to turn off at the end of each episode. If that sounds like you, here’s some good shows that you can sink your teeth into right now.

There’s a mix of current shows and ones you can stream in entirety on this list for you to enjoy. Which are you going to devour first?

Now here’s a good show you can really sink your teeth into. Get it? Because they’re vampires! If you haven’t seen it, What We Do in the Shadows is a fake documentary following the lives of four vampires who have been living together for hundreds of years… And it’s hilarious.

Ozark

If you liked Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul you’re definitely going to like Ozark. It has similar quality writing and criminal schemes but with a story that’s different enough that you’ll be on the edge of your seat. Great to binge!

If you haven’t caught this mini series yet it’s an amazing show to sink your teeth into – especially if you want something that’s wrapped up in one season.

It’s about a small town cop investigating a murder while managing her own life at the same time.

The Bear

Probably the best new show right now, The Bear is about a young chef who returns home to run his family’s business. If you only know this one from the memes it’s about time you gave the series a chance.

I Think You Should Leave

Totally different from the other shows on this list, I Think You Should Leave is a sketch comedy created by Tim Robinson (SNL). The point? He brings on a celebrity guest and then does really annoying things to try and make them want to get up and leave.

I know it sounds dumb but this show is way funnier than it should be, trust me.

True Blood

Another chance for “a sink your teeth in” vampire pun here! True Blood is a great series if you want something that really lets you get involved with the characters over several seasons. There’s a reason it was so popular when it came out and still has a fan following now!

The Queen’s Gambit

If you like period dramas and miniseries you’re going to love The Queen’s Gambit. It’s based on a book about an orphan who ends up being a chess prodigy. Be warned though: you’ll probably end up bingeing it!

Wednesday

Even though it’s kind of a kid’s show there’s a lot of people saying that Wednesday is one of the best new shows on Netflix. Even if you don’t find it as gripping as some of the more “mature” shows on this list, Wednesday is still a lot of fun to watch for all ages.

Beef

One of the best shows you’ve (probably) never heard of! Beef is a Netflix original about two people who get into a car accident and it slowly destroys their lives.

Nurse Jackie

An overworked nurse trying to do her job in NYC while addicted to painkillers, what’s not to like? Seriously though, Nurse Jackie is a fantastic series to get hooked on if you like medical dramas.

Euphoria

One of HBO’s best current teen dramas, the only bad thing to say about Euphoria is that season 3 is taking way too long.

Peaky Blinders

This one always takes people by surprise when they finally give it a chance. It’s easy to overlook Peaky Blinders as a run-of-the-mill period drama but trust me, it’s anything but average.
